very soft and easy to work with
Loved using this yarn. It's soft and easy to work with. The only issue with this colour is that the size of the fibers vary as you use it. It's probably a size 4 but listed as a 3. I used the same yarn but in Chana Dal, Chocolate, and Douglas Fir and all 3 are the same size. When adding this yarn into my project, it is clearly larger than the other colours.
This is a beautiful shade of green. The yarn is nice to work with and the texture could be described as firm yet soft. Nice to have an acrylic/wool/nylon blend for softness and durability too.
You can definitely tell it's mostly acrylic/nylon when knitting with it so if you really hate acrylic, you probably want to avoid this though you can also feel the wool which is pleasant. It is as described and soft. I just finished my sweater and I like it. Grew some with washing. No knots in the yarn or anything weird. Winding it is kind of annoying since it is mostly acrylic but I don't mind doing it. The price is right. I'd buy it again.
DK yarn is easier to work with, soft, and has an excellent colour assortment.
Used this yarn for a round-yoke cable pullover, fabulous to work with, stitches stayed put when doing the cable switch without a cable needle. Well-defined texture,. More yarn per skein equals less joins :)
