Making mittens
I like to make lines mittens for extra warmth and I used this roving to make "synthetic" thrums for some mitts. It worked well and looked great against a red worsted outer mitt. It doesn't felt up in quite the same way as pure wool roving but it makes a very good inner layer when knitted in every 3rd stitch and every 3rd row.

Great colour
Perfect yarn for my first ever bulky scarf. Helped to encourage this beginner to keep going. Easy to work with and resulting scarf is nice and warm.
