   I ordered this yarn for a project but the color was not what I expected when it arrived. It did not show well on the website. I contacted Yarn Canada right away. I returned the yarn and reordered the same yarn in a different color.
   The refund process was smooth and very fast.

3. Colour in realblife is completely different

   I bought this yarn to make a hat for my son in law. The yarn is lovely. I like 128 but this colour is purple not the colour that is pictured...

   Laine très douce et agréable à tricoter. Par contre ne pas ce fier à la couleur grise bleutée, elle est plutôt mauve avec un peu de gris et de bleu. Tout de même jolie...
