Cascades Ultra Pima
The color is beautiful, so rich. The yarn is very soft. I can hardly wait to finish my shawl.

knots in skein
This is a lovely yarn - very soft, easy to work with, great vibrant colours. However I rate it at 3 stars because I have only found one skein out of about 8-9 that did not have a knot. In fact, most skeins have more than 2 knots and one even had 4 knots. I knit a lot of lace scarves with open designs, which are not conducive to knotted yarn nor is it always easy to weave in the ends. If they could significantly reduce the number of knots in their skeins, I would increase the rating to 5 immediately.

Love this yarn!
Actual colour is brighter than appears on the website. Using a 3.5mm crochet hook for a summer bag. Great stitch definition. Durable cotton. Not a soft & squishy yarn.

This product is fine, but too stiff
Yes, it's a beautiful cotton. However, it is not as soft as I would have liked it. It is too worsted I believe. When you knit with it, unless you use needles over 3 you can see a perforation effect.... So the stitches are not close together. At the price this yarn costs, one would like it to be softer and easier to work with.

Gorgeous, but hanks are unforgiving
There is question this is beautiful yarn. However, THREE hanks into my experience they are horribly wound. For all of my precautions every single one has become frustratingly tangled and will take hours upon hours eaxh to sort out. I wish I could recommend this beautiful product but given how they wind it, I can't.

Beautiful yarn
This is a beautiful darkish turq color. Working on a Dec girl's blanket. Color for Dec is Turq. Waiting for teal colors to work in w/white. Lovely to work with.
