What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes, we are a Canadian company and our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Do you ship from within Canada? Will I be charged duties and/or brokerage fees?

Yes, we are a Canadian company and do ship from within Canada. Because your package isn’t crossing any borders you will not be charged any duties or brokerage fees. There are no surprise fees.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $35 within Canada. There is a $5 shipping charge for orders less than $35.

What if an item is out of stock?

We receive regular stock ups from our suppliers and products come back in stock on a regular basis. If an item is out of stock on the website you can sign up under the product to be notified when it comes back in stock. Simply click into the out of stock product then enter your email address in the box where it says “Notify Me”.

When I try to log into my account the system isn’t recognizing my email address. Why is this?

You may not have an account. You don’t need an account to purchase through our website and could have checked out as a “guest” when making your last purchase.

When I track my order the tracking number isn’t updating. Why is this?

Smaller packages travel across Canada as a group, then once they arrive in your local area enter the Canada Post system. This increases efficiency and reliability with our shipments (small packages sometimes get lost traveling across Canada, a big shipment is hard to 'misplace'). This results in a 3-4 day gap before tracking is updated. Your package is currently on its way to you and the tracking will update a few days after the parcel has been shipped.

I’m looking for a specific yarn that I can’t find on the website. Can you help?

We only carry what is shown on our website. We are constantly working to expand our selection so may bring the item in stock in the future. To view which yarn lines we carry click to the brand you’re searching for on the website under the “Brands” drop down menu, then click “Shop by Product Line”.
