Made an orange toque and 2grey ones and a black one for my grandsons. They loved them. So good when they are out in the dark walking with their parents.

Love the reflective
Love this yarn and the reflective thread throughout. It's beautiful to crochet with and I do a lot of walking at night in the winter and love that vehicles can now see me.

Great yarn but...
I love this yarn for its reflective qualities and it feels smooth to the touch as I knit with it. The only drawback I've found is knots. I've had two balls with two knots each. I find it discouraging to pay the price for this yarn then encounter this situation.

Great Senior Project
Our senior knitting group using the Red Heart Reflective yarn, made hats, cowls, scarves and ear warmers as a "SENIORS TO BE SEEN" project. All items were donated to any Senior who regularly is out walking or shopping etc. during darkness.

Practical and pretty
One ball does any size of a hat - made one for my son-in-law, my daughter and their dog as they go for walks when it is dark. Takes patterns well, knits easily and looks great when completed. Will be buying more in the future.
