    Super soft pocket shawls

Posted by Ruby Tretiak on 2020 Nov 30th

I have crocheted several pocket shawls with this yarn. I am a volunteer knitter/crocheter with Gimli District Health Auxiliary. The money earned is used to buy equipment for the hospital. Customers love the soft warm shawl this yarn produces. Easy to work with.

This yarn is a chameleon !

Posted by Diane on 2020 Aug 12th

Indoors it is a lovely slate grey. Outdoors it's a purple/mauve shade! ??? (Especially outside in the shade.) Strangest thing I have ever seen in a yarn. Looked gorgeous while I was crocheting it up. A lovely heather slate grey... Washed it and went outside to check it out and I literally screamed! Not at all what I was expecting or wanting for this shawl. Now I am stuck with it... I can't return the yarn all hooked up! I NEED to make a grey one for a gift so I am a little choked! There is no colour description, again. (This is not the first time this has happened to me here! PLEASE add a colour descriptions to your yarns!) The yarn it's self is surprisingly nice to work with. Put your FO in a pillow case and tie up the open end to wash and dry or you'll have a tub full of fuzz.
