I've been a crochet addict for nearly 35 years, and a Yarn Canada customer for 5. Caron Simply Soft was my "go-to" favorite worsted acrylic brand for blankets, throws, and baby patterns until I worked one using this yarn...though not this particular color. I was amazed at the ease of working with this yarn. No splitting, super soft, but also weightier and a bit thicker than the Simply Soft. And the broad array color choices are remarkable! I seriously think this is Patons best kept secret yarn. I hope they come out with more colors...especially variegated. Love, Love, Love!
