A little closer to white than I expected

Posted by Charlotte on 2021 May 7th

Really lovely stuff to work with, and it takes dye well. More of a warning online shopping in general than a gripe about yarn: it is off-white, but it's a little closer to white than pictured. Not as warm, though the occasional fleck is true to the yarn. still, very pretty!

    Discarded 3 yards

Rating is based on the fact that the first 3 yards of the coton strand was knotted in three different areas, had to discard the 3 yards.

I am so pleased to be able to buy from a Canadian company at such competitive prices. My Lily cotton works up quickly and makes wonderful market bags.

    Great Value for cotton projects

Posted by Nancy on 2017 Jun 6th

I am currently using this to make Kufi hats for the summer, and this yarn stands up well. So far I have three hats from the ball and will probably get another 3 from it. It also would do well for dishcloths and other cotton yarn projects. Is strong( some others I have used before are not) and would probably work well for someone dyeing thier own projects. Would love to hear if someone has.
