Soft and warm
I've never worked with a yarn like this before. At first it seemed much thinner than a #6 bulky, the way it is wound on the ball but as it is crocheted it puffs out becoming fluffy & thick. I made a lovely, warm shawl with this, adding in other colours when I ran out of yarn and couldn't get more of this colour. My only complaint is I had a long section of silver thread without any yarn in one of the balls, that had to be cut out. Wouldn't be as much of a problem if I wasn't already losing at yarn chicken & is the only reason for the 4 stars. I plan to try out some other shades of this yarn.
