Much better than my old one
Love this kate; previously I'd been using the upright model that came with my Ashford Traditional wheel. The tensioned kate is soooooo much better, both for plying and for winding yarn off bobbins. No more rolling back and getting tangled! Very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect for plying!!
I was having such trouble while plying using my built in lazy Kate on my ashford traditional wheel and made chain plying almost impossible. I love this tensioned lazy Kate. It sure does the trick for me!! Very pleased with my purchase!!
